Have you tried our MX4 classes?

These small group training classes are held next to our racquetball courts in our MX4 room and are included in your membership! In this class, you will follow a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format using kettlebells, slam balls, TRX’s, rowers, bands, battle ropes, and more! Each class has you partnered with someone who you rotate through stations, which is both motivating and inspiring.

Two Days A Week

Mondays and Wednesdays - 12:15 PM - 1:00 PM with Jerome

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:15 AM – 7 AM with Mauro

One Day a Week

Mondays - 7:15 AM - 8:00 AM with Jerome

Wednesdays 5:15 PM – 6:00 PM with Mauro

Fridays 12:15 PM - 1:00 PM with Jerome
